"It was very nice inside and the staff was nice. The only issue was that our room wasn’t cleaned until we brought it up."

"The hotel and staff were exceptional! When checking in to our room, we noticed a few small ants in our bathroom. We took care of them ourselves and were not worried because there were so few. We went on our way to enjoy the Corning Glass Fest right on Market Street for the day. When we returned, we found that more ants had made their way into the bathroom. We went to the front desk and kindly just asked them if they could send someone up to spray. We went to the hotel bar for about an hour and when we returned to our room there were no more signs of ants or any odor from spraying. They took care of the small problem right away and took $20 off of our stay, which we did not ask for. This small issue in no way affected our stay and we look forward to staying at this Radisson again in the future!"

The room and bed looked upgraded, but it was incredibly too hard for us. That is only a preference, so I will still rate it high."
