The room was very clean. Things were in good order. Meaning there were plenty of towels and and hygiene items available in the room. This is an old hotel that had doors open to the outside. The room was unclean and numerous things were a problem. This included running toilet, dead phone, fire alarm constantly going off, tv in bedroom not hooked up, kitchen tap not attached, mold, tub so dirty couldn’t use it. Staff said he’d be there in 5 minutes to fix the problems but never showed. Place was so dirty we didn’t take off our shoes nor could we use the shower. Kitchenette woefully under supplied. Will never stay at this brand hotel again, and I travel a lot.

Absolutely love this hotel. The amenities may not be the best but the hospitality is. The staff really treat you with importance and value you. I felt like a priority and was treated as such. Danny and Sean were super helpful and the hospitality of all the staff was 10/10!!

We reserved a king bed and were given a queen because the hotel was fully booked. The hallway and room smelled and the room was not cleaned. Just after dark we started to notice cockroaches in the kitchen area. I complained to the front desk but they could not move us. We left as soon as possible and skipped the complementary breakfast just to get out if there. I called two days later and complained and i was told i would be getting a refund. it has been 4 business days and no refund. So now i am posting on line and i will be diluting the charge with my credit card company, DO NOT STAY HERE!
