Family Weekend at U of SC

Great home for our visit to UofSC Family Weekend. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfy couch and beds. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Would stay here again.

USC Tour

Pictures don’t do it justice. Very cute and clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels etc. Plenty of living space as well. Communication with host was excellent. Maggie is very responsive and friendly. Close enough to campus and Five Points. Not walkable but a very short car ride. I would stay here again.

Cute little house with easy access to Columbia

We used to live in forest acres so this little house reminded us of our earlier lives. Pretty much were there just to sleep, but had everything we needed.

Cute home

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Maggie was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in. Overall we were very happy with our stay We appreciated the nice welcome basket with wine coffee and waters.

Great house

I was in Columbia for a family issue. The house was in a great location for where I needed to beThe owner was so nice and easy to work with. I had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. Please keep in mind this is an older house , so outlets are few. I had my grandchildren who have several “ electrons “ who needed to be changed. Overall I would stay at this house again

USC trip

This little three bedroom was ideal for our trip to Columbia. It was so peaceful and the two queen beds were very comfortable. The only thing it could use is new wash cloths and towels. There is also a great bagel shop right up the street.

Girls Trip

We only stayed one night. Check in was seamless. Place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Easily accessible to concert venue and restaurants. We appreciated the Welcome Gift Basket! Would definitely return!

This place is amazing. I’m definitely coming back in the future because is super clean and organized. We had great communication with the owners they replayed very quickly to our text messages. I personally loved the decorations in the house, there is a huge backyard and is located in the perfect spot because we had access many stores.

Perfect for a girls' weekend

This was the perfect house and location for our girls' Reba weekend. The only thing any of us said we would like to have added was a chair in the living room so all 4 of us would have had a seat. We wish we could have stayed longer! We had everything we needed.

It was so nice to have a home to use for going to my son's army graduation. To be able to bring him back with us for the day and cook him a meal, play games, and spend time as a family was such a blessing. The house was perfect! We had everything we needed and it is so close to walmart for grocery pick up. We are so thankful that people are willing to share their homes for just these special occasions. A hotel would not have afforded the same homey feeling and would've been far less private. Thank you so much Jim & Mary!!!

Quiet neighborhood

The host was excellent about communicating. I did not look to see about a hair dryer or iron before we arrived and found us out at Walmart buying both before our daughters graduation Saturday morning. Other than my not asking a head of time the place was a good choice for our family.

Overall, our stay at the property was nice and suited our needs. I believe the property is being transitioned to a VRBO property so there were several things that were surprises (yard is all dirt with no formal driveway, no place to hang towels in the bathroom, backyard is cluttered with what looks like debris from previous house work and the appointments in the rooms were inconsistent so there weren't always places to easily put wallets, clothes, etc.) Once the landscaping and internal amenities are updated, I would stay in the property again.

arrived at 11pm, creepy with blinding light out back yard, no driveway or picture from outside of house.. saw a 2 inch bug in kitchen floor and had to use a soap & shampoo others used... weird..
