"Our room smelled like a wet dog and stinky feet. When i booked the room, i booked a double queen room but we got a king and a pull out couch room. We did not get pillows for the pull out couch. The pool was so cold my kids did not want to swim."

"The hotel theme is a cute idea however, as other guests have mentioned, it needs updated. Rooms are large. Needs to be deep cleaned more frequently. Carpet around the perimeter of the room is dirty. The water gets scalding hot which scared me having a two year old. The beds were ok but the headboard came away from the wall at one point. The in-room whirlpool was nice and smelled like bleach on first use so I felt good about it being clean. The lighting is dark. The dealbreaker for room 166 was an elevator noise or something that kept us up all night making a loud noise every minute or two 24 hours straight! I will likely not return. "

"Room was okay, The shower had no water pressure and the bed was hard as a rock. I also left a message for a wake up call, but never recieved the call. Food was edible but not much more than that. Honestly I felt like a was staying at a cheap motel instead of a better lodging option. Will not come back!!"
