"We had an issue with the room that was assigned to us. The front desk associate Joshua was very quick to get us moved to another room. He did this in the middle of a very hectic check-in time as the hotel was completely booked because of several baseball tournaments in Hattiesburg. He was the upmost professional and handled everything quick and efficient. The lady that fixes and does the breakfast each morning is outstanding. Only criticism we would have is that this location could use some updating."

"The manager was super helpful, unfortunately 1/4 of the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. During breakfast the person sat behind the desk and did not replenish things when needed . We were very disappointed."

"Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well"
