"The hotel was very clean and quiet inside. However, we did hear the festival music outside of the hotel. Luckily, it was music we liked. The decor was reminiscent of the original building, but nicely updated. The room was a nice size. The staff was very helpful and answered many of our questions about the property and the local area. The room had a refrigerator and a coffeemaker. It had hand soap, but no bar soap. The Starbucks was convenient in the morning. However, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. It has a lounge and a cocktail bar. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. However, it is best to eat out or purchase food nearby. However, the room doesn't have a microwave oven. I
The convenient downtown location makes up for the inconveniences. Finally, the hotel has valet parking, but the charge indicated does not include the tip or "convenience fee". I'm still not sure what that is for, but the overall trip was nice. "
