Nestled in lovely, Merion village 266 is just 2 minutes to beautiful Schiller Park and the lively bars and restaurants of German village. It is 10 minutes to Downtown Columbus and the Arena District, 12 minutes to the Short North arts district, 15 minutes to Ohio State Campus and Stadium and only 20 minutes to shopping at Easton Town Center.

Recently fully renovated, 266 offers you exclusive use of one whole side of a 1925 built traditional duplex. There are three great bedrooms, a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The front porch is accessed by a short flight of steps and there is a small, shared yard at the back.
There is ample free parking on the street out front.

Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make guests will feel right at home. Amenities include WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Full applianced Kitchen with Cookware, Large Dining Table, Smart TV's.
