Weekend stay

This little place was the best option for affordability and location. It was in a nice part of town and so close to everything we needed to access. Comfortable beds was a plus!

Perfect place to stay!

We were able to check into our rental without issue, though the smart lock can seem tricky we found we just had to push harder on the pad to wake it up. We had all the comforts of home while we were there. Thank you Katie for sharing your place with us, we enjoyed our visit!

Perfect location for OSU game

This place was inviting and cozy. Very clean and nicely maintained. We walked to the stadium which was so much easier than trying to find a parking space! We really enjoyed our stay so thanks for having us!!

Cozy, comfortable, ideal

I have no notes to share on this place. Check in was simple, everything was clean and comfy, and it was perfect for the 4 of us and our pets. I’d definitely stay again!

Overall, a great place. Close to everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable place. Owner very quick to return texts. Two suggestions: clearly visible WiFi information and hand towels and washcloths in bathroom.,

Great quaint neighborhood

Very efficient use of space and the furnishings were nice. Do wish there had been a tv in the bedroom as it was cold out and it would have been nice to curl up with a movie. Due to weather could not utilize backyard but could imagine that would be a nice experience. Would book again.

Just What We Needed

Stayed overnight with the 2 of us and 2 older dogs. The place had everything we needed and was a great location. The host was responsive. Would recommend for a stop over or a collegiate weekend visit.

Perfect spot

My husband, dog, and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. The place was clean and decorated so nice. Very cute! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. We walked to Saucy Brew for dinner before we headed to the Columbus Crew game and we were able to walk to get coffee at Stauf’s, which was great btw. The neighborhood is very nice and is so close to a lot!

Dogs loved fenced yard

Quick stay while passing through with my two dogs! Backyard is secure with a high wooden-slat fence. I did not notice any neighboring dogs. Quiet area, yet easy access to interstates. Comfortable and safe place, would book it again.

Excellent location

Very good location and cute place. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this is it. There aren't a lot of frills but we weren't looking for that. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. When I reached out about check/out (what to do with trash, linens, etc) I mentioned I didn't receive them or wifi info and was told it was all in the booklet. We searched high/low for a booklet and couldn't find one. The owner responded fairly quickly when I reached out. I would recommend and loved the convenience to the local coffee shops, walkability and quiet surroundings.

The house has potential...must remember the little things matter

The positives.....good location, nicely remodeled with plenty of space. AC worked great and beds were comfortable! Need more attention on .... internet did not work at all for us, no network name or password on site. After trying to work with owners via phone to get it going I gave up and went to bed. Kitchen only had one spoon........not sure why We only had one bath towel for each of us....no wash clothes or small towels? Bathroom sink was VERY SLOW to drain. So shaving or brushing teeth was a chore as we waited to have water drain These are all easy fixes but someone needs to be on it between guests. I would not stay there again .

Fine but needs TLC

Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new cleaners.

Poor communication, almost locked out for entire stay

No communication was received for the day of check-in. I had to reach out for the door code/wifi password etc. Owner responded within reasonable time before we arrived and responded about questions regarding parking and dog waste left behind by previous renter (or cleaner). We dropped off our things and went out for dinner— upon return we could not regain entry to the house as the digital keypad would not work. I sent 3 messages explaining our predicament that went unanswered for the rest of our stay and following our stay. Lucky for us someone had left the back door open (not us). While trying to find a way in we also found that there are a couple windows on the first floor that do not lock— be aware for your own safety. Had we not found that door open we would have been left without our personal items and had no where to stay. This hindered the rest of our weekend still unable to use the keypad and no further communication or apology from the owner.

We did not take pets. There was plenty of shopping, and restaurants nearby. We hiked in two nice parks, and visited the Art Museum.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable home. Access to the house was very simple, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Columbus again

Not a fancy place (we didn't think it would be) but it had everything we needed for a short weekend for an OSU game. The beds were comfy and we felt very safe in the location. The code to get in/out worked fine and were easy for us. Location was great, super short walk to some restaurants/bars/coffee shop. A longer walk to the stadium, but we're walkers so we were fine with it. The only iffy thing is parking, the street out front says a permit is required for anything over 3 hours. We obviously didn't have one and didn't have any issues but just something to be aware of. I would definitely recommend!
