Easy Livin' By Easton: Hot tub, Family Friendly, 6 minutes from Easton Town Center

Easy Livin' is a single family home in a quiet neighborhood next to Easton Towncenter Shopping. Close to central Columbus, but away from the hustle of downtown, this ranch home is ideal for families and small kids.
As parents of 2 toddlers, we do our best to childproof our homes, provide cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, a child friendly reading nook, and high chair. The hot tub is great to relax in after the kids go to bed, and we are pet friendly with a fenced in backyard!

The home has washer and dryer and one car garage for guest use as well.

We have a ZERO tollerance for parties. If you plan to have someone on the property other than the people on your reservation, you must get permission first. Parties/Gatherings/ people "stopping by" will be considered breaking our house rules and your reservation will be ended with no refund. There is no smoking of any kind permitted inside our home.

I am always a text or call away. I do not live on the property and check in is self-check in through electronic deadbolt.

Late check out (12:30pm) or Early check in (2pm) available upon request for $65.

Pets come with a $65 cleaning fee. Please include the pet in the guest count when booking so your cleaning fees are accurately charged.

Wonderful experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We intended on staying so we could attend legoland with our children. We were so pleased that it was just a 5 minute drive with gas stations and grocery stores in the same proximity. Absolutely no complains, just a few minor suggestions as far as adding cleaning supplies for guests to wipe down table after eating.

A good fit for our needs

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood and we were able to include our pet which was a priority. Having two bathrooms was another item that was high on our list.

Nice house great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to stores, and a park. The bike trail out back goes to downtown cColumbus and beyond.

Great location and property

The place was wonderful. Well stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very convenient to Easton. Backyard was large with a nice fire pit. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beds were very comfortable.

Graduation weekend stay

Easy Livin’ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.

Rachel was very responsive host. The backyard is a great space for family to get together. The back play room is well equipped for our 18 month old and the crib much appreciated. The beds were comfortable.

Zoo and The Wilds

This home was right in the center of what we needed! It was a great stay. We walk every morning and the park and trails so close was a nice surprise!! Saw deer!!

Very accommodating

I and two friends stayed here to attend a conference that was close by. Nice place to come back from the conference to stay and relax after the event. Hot tub was a hit! The private back yard and hot tub area was nice ! If I had to critique anything, the need for some better stove top cook ware would be a bit of improvement, but we managed. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

A Very Merry Christmas!

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay while in town to visit family for Christmas. The house has a lot of nice touches including a fully stocked coffee bar and a working skeeball game. The holiday decorations (including a beautiful Christmas tree!) were a wonderful surprise! Rachel is a great communicator. We had all the attention we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Our new go to in Cbus!

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails. The neighborhood was super quiet, not alot of traffic and conveniently located to everything we were there to do. Communication with Rachel was clear and easy. Will definitely recommend and stay here in the future. Thank you, Rachel, for opening your home and helping us make great memories!

Great Stay in Columbus

We had a great stay in Columbus. The back yard is wonderful for dogs and entertaining. I (unsurprisingly) forgot one of my personal items at the property and Rachel was willing to coordinate a pickup time after I had checked out. The house was very clean upon arrival. My only complaint is a few of the amenities listed did not work very well or at all including skee-ball, master bedroom TV, and the popcorn machine. The lawn was also well overdue for a trim. I definitely recommend staying at this property!

Bittersweet

I had to take photos of the multiple areas that were not cleaned prior to my stay… I wasn’t even gonna mention it since it delivered on everything else? But later we found out we had to go without the Wi-Fi which was a major reason we couldn’t totally enjoy the ambiance or game night experience. But overall, I would use them again we cause they were professional about how to handle the matter! Really comfy beds, too!!

Beautiful Home in Good Location

I stayed here with a couple girlfriends for a Girl's Weekend. The home is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect as it was close to Easton and though in a packed suburb type area, was nice and quiet. We did have an issue with having no heat, but the property owner was immediate to get back to me about our concern and did everything she could on a Saturday evening to contact maintenance and offered to run over space heaters if we needed. It was a chilly 59 degrees when we got up the next morning, but we survived lol I don't feel it would be fair to fault the property or property owner for an unfortunate incident that was nobody's fault and she tried her best to help! Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay but attention to details would make it better

The house was easy to find and close to lots of amenities but the neighborhood was less than ideal except for the nearby park. The house could use a deep clean with new pots and pans and kitchen supplies. For a house that sleeps several adults and children, the living room only has one small couch. Also, the house doesn’t do well for young kids going to bed for you can hear everything! Suggestion, bring a sound machine to help children sleep. When the internet stopped working because of a payment issue, the homeowners responded quickly.

The little things

I would say this place really deserves a 3.5/5. There are a few things that need work probably more seating, more coffee cups. Etcc. If this place can host 6 people it probably needs sux of at least the basic utensil etc. Where it really needs help is a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The vents were filthy. The kitchen floor moved around. All the outlets are broken. Normally this wouldn't bother me except i have small kids with small fingers, easy to get pinched. The owner did say this was a kid appropriate house but wouldn't stay there again. Which is two bad because the owners were great and location was awesome. Really wanted to leave a good review.

NJ Family of 6

I arrived for our stay at Easy Livin by Easton with my husband and our 4 children 4 and 2 dogs. We are looking to purchase a home in the Powell area and we are relocating from out of state. I was absolutely impressed with all of the little touches in housekeeping. There was a very clear process for checking in/out and the house looked like it had been cleaned adequately. The owner has a very thoughtfully filled the kitchen and children's play area with all the accessories needed to make a stay with a family easy. We had an issue with the front door lock and she immediately had a solution that did not derail us for our plans that day. I had no issue with neighbors or our dogs escaping the yard because the fence is properly installed. It was so close to Easton that we were able to get out for ice cream and the American Girl/Lego store for our kids. I couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Huge kudos to the owners of this place. They are wonderful!!! I would seek them out personally for the next time we came to the area.
