The rooms were fine, but the TV was broken. when asked if we could have a discount on our bill we were told NO. 3 nights and no TV Hard to relax at the end of the day. So no, we don't feel we got our money's worth.

Lovely Stay!

I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there in the future. The bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was acceptable, but I would recommend an outside patio area outside the pool with lounge chairs and add full length mirrors to the rooms.

Place was clean; arrived 40 minutes early ftom check-in time, so they claimed my room (king bed) wasn’t ready, so they gave me a downgraded room (queen bed), without any discount in price, but at least l could check in. However, sometime within my first 24 hours stay, some cash went missing from my room…quite upsetting, since it was money l planned on giving to someone in need. Also, only bold coffee and no cold half&half available the second morning. Also no bananas or regular milk (only skim) for cereal the second morning. Bed was harder than to my liking, and trash truck was heard across the parking lot beeping at 1am my first night there.

We had a short 2 night stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained with a nice breakfast spread in the morning. On line virtual check in never produces a key for us, but the front desk staff was happy to provide us with 2 key cards.

We made a reservation and paid ahead on line through Expedia. When we went to check in, the clerk told us the payment had not cleared yet, that we needed to pay again and get a refund in the morning. We showed him that the payment cleared on our credit card as paid. He insisted we still owed money. When we started to call Marriott, he said “oh it just cleared”. We believe he was trying to get extra money out of us. This is unacceptable!

It is pretty new, and all was pretty nice. Staff was courteous and still learning their duties it seemed. I didn't like the no cash options...I really did want to leave a tip for the housekeeper and couldn't break a twenty even as I purchased food from the market to make change. Pity, that I couldn't leave a tip to the hardworking housekeeping staff.
