Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Check in was quick and easy, lobby was beautiful, complimentary coffee and infused water was a great touch. We had a king room and the bed was very comfortable and we liked that the heat and air was a wall controlled thermostat. We will definitel book this hotel specifically when in the area.

Dirtiest hotel I've been to. The furniture in the room was so disgusting I wouldn't even set my luggage on my it. The bath tubs looks like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Friendly staff, convenient location

Hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. WIFI was a a bit spotty - better off using mobile hot spot. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that did not impact our stay. Not the ritziest place to stay, but had everything we needed and was in a convenient location.

Clean it up and update

It wasn’t very clean and half of the lights didn’t work and some of the furniture was broken. The beds and bathrooms were the only thing that was clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying there

The website pictures are very outdated. There is no pool, there are people hanging around the parking lot. No safe place to walk dogs. Landscaping not taken care of. Didn’t spend one night there. I need to be refunded money I did give the hotel for false advertisement!

I thought when I booked the room at this hotel, it was going to be quite nice. However, it wasn’t that at all. By the time I checked in I could tell it was a place where people stay for a length of time I could smell weed smoke everywhere And people were hanging out side all night long. The counter had a lot of cigarette burns and the stove was not properly working. I’m sorry to say I would never stay at this hotel again.

Property is not what is shown online. No jacuzzi exists. Homeless people wandering around. Questionable people living there. Rooms smell. Rickety wooden stairs outside. No elevators. Hotels close by being torn down. Wouldn't refund all money even though we never stayed due to dirtiness and unsafe feelings.

Most of the businesses around area are boarded up and closed. Website listed pool and free continental breakfast. Pool doesn't look like it has been opened all year and breakfast is not an option at this time. Disappointing when you are traveling with a child and there is no mention that these thing are not available. Would have choaen a othee option had the information been updated

The staff I encountered were friendly and efficient. The property was likely fantastic when newer but is pretty worn out now. Coffee maker worked fine. Refrigerator and freezer were cold. There was a fireplace but I didn’t even investigate to see if it was functional. The bed was made up nicely and clean. Sufficient consumables we’re on hand -to, soap, shampoo, etc. the room had a unusual aroma that became unnoticeable after awhile. I would actually stay here again due to the convenient location and staff, but I wouldn’t bring my family as they wouldn’t overlook the shortcomings.
