Hotel was fine, the location was a big selling point. The rooms were clean, and had been updated in the recent past. The room was functional. There was a charge for self-parking. Except for the common room, the public spaces would benefit from a refreshing update. They seemed dated, a bit worn, but clean. Consider staying here if you want to spend time in the German or Brewery section of Columbus.

We checked in on Christmas Eve night, and Sam was at the front desk. Although he was short staffed due to employees wanting to be with their families at Christmas, he was so polite, friendly, attentive and went beyond what was expected on a normal day to be accommodating! He is to be commended! Very grateful for making our stay extraordinary! Besides that, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast.
