The hotel was filthy. There was dead bugs all in it dirty sheets for the pullout bed not to mention when I asked for clean sheets they asked why was I sleeping in the pullout bed if there’s a king size bed and I checked in with someone as if we were supposed to just be sleeping in the bed together or assume we will be sleeping in the bed together. TVs did not work. Pool was filthy. Tried to call plenty of times have not gotten a call back will be taking it further due to feeling uncomfortable about where I was sleeping at or who I should be sleeping with in the hotel that I paid for.

The staff were not friendly at all, the rooms smelled of mildew, the tub wouldn’t drain and when I told the front desk guy he looked at me like I was stupid and offered me nothing!! All he said was it was remodeled several years but because a country Inn and suites owned it. So I’m like well okay and…. That does nothing for what is going on now with my issues. Just poor service and management for the price I paid!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Holiday Inn. Upon checking in, a staff member named Jesse interrupted another employee who was assisting me just to inform me, without any reason or prior interaction, that I could not have any family members or visitors come to my hotel room at any time during my stay. He stated that if anyone came with me or visited me, I would be removed from the hotel. He also stated that hotel staff would be monitoring the cameras to enforce this. I had done absolutely nothing other than arrive, smile, and check into my room, yet I was singled out and given this speech while at least seven other guests checked in without being addressed in the same manner. Jesse claimed this had been a “hotel policy for 3 years,” which I know is false. My brother recently stayed at this same hotel during his wedding weekend, where multiple rooms were used by bridal party members and guests without issue. When I later spoke with management, I was told this was supposedly a newer policy change. However, when I requested the policy in writing, I was informed that it was not written anywhere and was simply an internal practice specific to that location. The entire interaction felt unprofessional, targeted, and based on assumptions and stereotypes rather than any actions on my part. I also have video footage of Jesse making these statements.

When checking into our room we unlocked the door and there was someone already in the room. We had to go back down to the desk to get another room. There was a stool that was under the bedside table. So we moved it to sit on and a wooden piece of the stand fell on my son's foot. The shower curtain was crooked and falling out of the wall on the right side and the shower head was loose.

Waited in line to check in. Finally get to checkin, as he was checking me in i mentioned we had two dogs which i put on the expedia registration. He said they only took one dog and could not help me. Even tho i had put it on the registration form He also stated it was expedia's fault and expedia always does that. So we had to go and find another hotel.
