Staff was friendly. Room was very outdated. Enamel peeling off bathtub/shower walls. Rust stains in tub. I assume the room was so cheap because we split the cost with the bugs hiding under the direct tv box.

Some of the guests have been very loud, but that can't be helped. The manager has been very attentive and accommodating. The stove top works really well and the furnature is really great. For a small room there is a lot of storge space and a nice little work area and office chair where I can open my door and work in the fresh air.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING MULTIPLE ROOMS DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff that was there was great and very helpful however they under booked the amount of rooms that we had by 2 rooms. The manager I spoke with over the phone was very rude and unprofessional in every way.

This motel is straight up nasty. Pay the extra money and get a clean room. The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain. The bathroom was full of hair on the floor and toilet. The bed linens were nasty. There was hair in our beds. The only good part about our visit was the location was right next to the soccer fields where we were playing.

You get what you pay for

Nice lady at front desk. Room was kind of cleanish but hairs on our bed and no towels or tp. Front desk gave us some on request. Could see into neighboring rooms bathroom thru vent in our bathroom. Some sort of red film in bathtub may just be age related. Other guests congregating and talking loud outside all night. Hotel want not unsafe in my opinion and front desk responsive. Good location close to coffee shop downtown. I might stay there again if nothing else was available. You truly get what u pay for and we had to stay here due to lack of availability anywhere else. I’m a little skeptical of the reviews of this hotel I read before booking. Red Roof Inn next door actually looks cleaner and better

There was hundreds of roaches in the room. A lot of dirt. Trash in the trash bin in the room. Smells like sh… It was the worst motel in my life. I did not wanted to stay there. The Indian man declined the refund. At all. So I just spent my money for nothing and booked one more hotel nearby. NEVER stay there!

Complete dump. Hood Rats doing Hood Rat things in the courtyard. The room was ass, and smelled like it. Dirty sheets, no toilet paper. We left immediately after check-in, and drove the 4 hours back to Gulfport at 10:45pm.
