When my daughter forgot her phone at checkout, we realized it as we were leaving Columbus. We called, and as we returned 15 minutes later, it was waiting for us at the front desk. They also allowed me free access to the washer/dryer. Great staff. The Columbus area seems to have a real issue with car break-ins, but my car was fine throughout my stay. The secure parking was the main reason I chose this hotel, but it was a pleasure to stay.

I booked my trip for May 2026 in June 2025. A week before my trip the manager from the hotel called me to say they canceled my reservation. Left me stranded. Expedia had all the way through confirmed the reservation. Cost me extra for a last-minute booking at an inferior hotel.

Walked to the concert at the shoe….easy walk, no need for an uber. Breakfast was good and had the basics. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Please address the following at the gym: NO wipes to wipe down equipment. NO hand sanitizer. NO AED in the gym—the posting says to call the front desk for a first aid kit but if someone has a cardiac event they will need more than a first aid kit.

We stayed here with a group of four adults and two children, and the space worked really well for us. There was room for everyone to spread out comfortably, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, which we really appreciated, and overall it felt like a good value for the price point. The amenities matched expectations—nothing overly luxurious, but everything we needed was there. The breakfast was fine and did the job, and the staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were a few downsides. The beds were just okay—not the most comfortable—and the pull-out sofa was quite poor, which could be an issue depending on your group’s sleeping arrangements. Also worth noting: the pool towels were surprisingly small. Overall, this was a solid, comfortable stay that met our needs well, especially for a larger group traveling together at an affordable price point.

Overall the hotel was very nice looking; bed was comfy and room was spacious. Kitchen was great to have! What causes the 3/5 stars is that each time we entered our room it smelled like toilet water. Not sure why but it was unpleasant. The shower is also very small. If you have muscular or broad back expect to stand sideways when showering, as it’s a very narrow shower/tub.

1. No signs on the wall guiding you on how to get to your room. 2. No instructions on the phone on how to reach the front desk. Had to go down to the lobby to request someone fix the toilet that was clogged prior to me occupying the room. The receptionist asked if I wanted a plunger to unclog it. Not the level of service I expect.

We were supposed to get a king bed but got 2 queens. I was also disappointed to find out during check in that parking was not free. It is one thing to pay for valet parking but totally inappropriate to pay for self park. I was told it was because they hired security - I did not see any security presence. You would also think that with having to pay for parking that the lot would be plowed, it was not plowed.

Checking in was great, the room was pleasantly large and very comfy. However there were dirty finger prints all over the glass on the cabinets and hair on the shower wall and it was a put off. But breakfast was great, the lady running it was such a blessing. I will say, we were here because my husband had an early appointment at the hospital and would be there for several hours so after I dropped him off, I went back to the hotel to get ready for the day and figure out what I was going to do until he was done, I didnt plan on leaving until CHECK OUT WHICH IS 11. And I kid you not, houekeeping knocked on my door every 15 minutes starting at 9:00 am until I finally got so annoyed and left around 10:30 even after I told them I wasnt leaving until 11:00.
