Property appeared recently remodeled, but done kind of half hearted. Everything felt kind of vaguely dirty. Surrounding hotels hosted some unsavory long term guests, lots of screaming and fighting next door.

Conveniently located near the highway, this hotel was a great choice for our stay. The rooms were fantastic, having been recently renovated. They were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Each room has full kitchen which was nice.

Place was terrible would never stay again rating 2/10 the first room had a clog toilet with human waste second room the floor was sticky and dirty, and the sheets were not clean. The whole place was just a mess never again.

Property under construction which was ok. Rooms were nicely refurbished but door plates were poorly installed. Had to move rooms because the first didn't lock. No coffee in the room and staff couldn't find any. Shower never got warm. Kitchenette was nice. Bed comfortable.

Missed the $75 refundable deposit notice. That wasn't fun at 1am. Not a usable deadbolt on the door. No garbage can, which was so weird for a room with a kitchette. No continental breakfast. No coffee. There were coolers of food and shelf of toilettries to purchase. Glad Waffle House was down the access road.

Convenient to highway, good stay.

King size bed suite was spacious, had a kitchenette which was nice if wanted to cook. Refrigerator was great to have for bag of ice, drinks and food. We did have two roaches that I killed, but just need exterminator. AC was nice and cold. No smoking, so a few people outside lobby smoking. Easy access to highway. Overall good stay, will stay again. They are remodeling, but need to remove all carpets.

So we get there and are surprised by the cleaning fee deposit. The guy checking us in didn’t hand me my ID back, just threw it on the counter at me. There is plastic wrapped all around the smoke detector when we get there and the fridge wasn’t working so they had to come in and figure that out. There was dirt on the floors, dark hair on the bed (we’re blonds) and hair in the toilet. We had stayed here before the remodel and the staff were friendlier and it was no hassle. This time? We will never book this hotel again. Only chose it because it was close to a concert venue we go to. Very disappointed. Walls are paper thin, heard children screaming all morning.

I am picky when it comes to hotels. I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone and the facility. The check in was super easy. The staff were great. The room was clean!

I liked the price and not far from different attractions and shopping. Only problems we had for our stay is that the when we arrived, my two rooms were down the hall from each other, which I called and requested rooms closer. One of my party was in a w/c and needed help close by. The room that she was in, the door catch was broken and beeping on and off throughout the night. The staff was notified and got us moved the next day after some guest checked out. We really appreciated that, and the room change was closer to the other room.

Stayed one night. The rooms are nicely updated and our room was clean. This is an extended stay hotel so there was a lot of construction workers and lots of construction vehicles. The lobby was nothing to write home about and I would not likely going jogging in this area. It served our purposes and the price was right.

Air Fresheners does not make a clean hotel

The hotel uses tons of air fresheners to cover up the fact that the place is not very clean. Go into the stair well and you can see how poorly the property is maintained. The area around the hotel is very sketchy at best. Had I seen the area overall with many closed up hotels I would have never stayed there. Lots of closed up properties. My 1st room the door did not lock. I had to go back and get another room. Then they tried to charge me an extra 75.00. I had to go to my CC company to dispute the charge. Save your time, spend a little more at a better hotel in a better area.

Was terrible!!!! Would not recommend for anybody, the outlets did not work tv also didn’t work. Had to repeatedly ask for towels and also they ran out of towels for a whole day, no washcloths, or shampoo and conditioner. No ice machine and no housekeeping service at all. Totally ruined my vacation!!! There was a lot of loitering outside felt unsafe. No parking at all unless you want to park in a dark area beside the dumpster. Front desk attendants were very rude and not accommodating. Room stunk like ammonia made me sick and no additional toilet paper or paper towels. There was a very annoying and loud dog barking kept me and my children up til 3 am while a party was going on outside. Barely any hot water and the water pressure was terrible. Please do not stay if you value your safety and health.
