I liked the stay but it was old historic property so elevators were small. I did not know there was a coffee shop until I was ready to leave. I believe we were in the heart of downtown but we didn’t explore I had a conference to attend.

Old hotel, only 1 working elevator that took forever, room safe remained broken after 4 complaints. Had a several business meetings in the restaurant, service took hours, the second meeting the cook was didn't show up to work and we wasted 40 minutes waiting, the chef refused to serve anyone. Horrible service and unmaintained property.

I had to move rooms because the heater was broken. The food was horrible, oily, bland. The interiors are dirty, damaged, and dated.

Perfect location for our needs.

Hotel was fine, location was the important part. Front desk person was somewhat pleasant. I recommend cleaning the bathroom better. There were marks on the wall and door frame that resembled blood. The shower needed cleaned too or updated if cleaning doesn’t work.
