This was the perfect quiet and cozy apartment for my stay! I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. The space was serene and relaxing. I could walk to my destinations and there were nearby parks and attractions.

Perfect for working at Grant Medical Center. I was able to work long shifts all the sleep and comfort that I need. It is basically attached to the Blue parking garage right across from the surgical heart center

it's a very small tiny unit but then again it's a hotel room not a condo. The bed is a queen and super comfortable and the pillows were exceptional and the unit was very very clean. This place works well for someone who is tech saavy and not looking for a hotel experience. It has a washer dryer and a stove and fridge which is a lot more than a hotel room offers. If you are tired and want to get off the beaten path this is a great choice.

Great location in downtown Columbus- clean, free parking. Only glitch was I had to call to get the email with entry details but they were prompt. They said bc I went thru 3rd party to book. Probably need to solve that issue.

The place was clean and well kept. Parking was great and it was in a safe location right near hospital. But little things just seemed bad for the extraordinary price. The clocks were not set and the bedside clock had no battery. Why have it, and the bathroom clock in the mirror was way off. The pillows were too puffy and stiff. No way to not wake up with a bad neck. The curtains could not let sun in as you were below street level and only viewed ac units. But the place had washer dryer and nice microwave and refrigerator. The coffee maker only had McDonald’s , at this price they could have offered better coffee and added tea. Nice place but the cost was way too much.

It was our anniversary. When we arrived there was no key in the lock box so if we were not able to reach an attendant we would have been unable to get into the building?? The room being unkempt is an understatement because the room was absolutely filthy. Literally nothing had been cleaned. AT ALL. Because it was our anniversary we assumed that we were purchasing the room that they display on the website, the larger room with the large countertop. however, we were given the tiniest room they had, Although the room was obviously unkept, the last straw was when we went to go to sleep that night. The BED was literally filthy. We literally had to make a call at around 11:30 PM. We were told they did not have any clean linen at that time and was offered the original room that we assumed we were purchasing for our anniversary. That was the one that was advertised and it was very clean and very nice. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get this situation, resolved through some form of compensation, but they literally have never called me back, not even once. The unbelievable level of disrespect was astounding. I am not sure if they saw us at the door and saw what color we were, but it certainly feels as though that is what happened. Complete total shut out as though we were not worth giving any level of explanation regarding our experience, we have yet to receive a phone call. Looking at their reviews, it’s surprising that they responded to our family this way. POC BEWARE.

Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming.

Very nice overall! Everything was A1 from start to finish. Only thing—there was a machine clicking sound all day, and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Other than that, great experience!
