"We recently stayed here while visiting our son and daughter-in-law in Katy. I'm not sure why the reviews were so low. The hotel is immaculately clean. The front desk was extremely kind and efficient in getting us checked in and making sure we had the rooms we wanted. We were traveling with another party so she put the rooms right next to each other, which was so nice of her. I got a price for one bedroom with two queen beds for $114 from Hotels.com. The hotel could only offer $120 with tax. I would definitely stay here again. The parking lot is very bright and well lit to prevent break-ins. My only negative is that they charge $14 for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with your stay at Holiday Inn and similar hotels in my opinion."

"Any time I need to stay in Columbus, this is my top pick. The rooms are always clean, although it can be tricky to find parking if the hotel is busy. It's also nice having Nancy's Steakhouse across the street! "

"It is a very nice place to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone that stayed. The interior is very cute and functional. The bathrooms have a retro look because the owners left the original tile walls and tub. We would stay here again as it is very family friendly."
