"We stayed in one of the cottages. It was spacious with a balcony, mini frig and coffee maker.The cottages are built on an incline, but there are many other choices if walking uphill is a problem. There is a great indoor pool and exercise room. A sit down breakfast in a lovely dining room is included with fresh fruit cup, muffins, scones, and a menu selection with about 5 choices made to order. Stephanie will definitely keep your coffee cup filled. This place is wonderful for a midweek getaway. Bushkill Falls is not far and antique stores, museums, and just the beauty of the Pocono area. Stroudsmoor is a wedding venue so it is very busy on weekends. Its only an hour from north Jersey. This is a family owned business and the hospitality of everyone we met was warm and welcoming. "

Julia and Stan won my heart. They made me feel extra special for my birthday. Julia makes the best sweets. Stan goes beyond to make you feel comfortable. The best part for me was waking up to the singing lullaby of the birds every day, as I enjoyed my coffee in the scenic view on the balcony. I will definitely go back to visit. 💕
