Located in the heart Eglwysbach village, close to the well-known gardens of Bodnant and in easy striking distance for Llandudno, Conwy and the Snowdonia National Park. Visit Conwy a World Heritage Site with castle, town walls, independent shops, eateries and fishing harbour or Llandudno with it's unique Victorian seafront. Put on your walking boots to discover gentle strolls or challenging climbs up any of the Snowdonia Mountain range with breath taking views. Cyclists, either road or mountain, can enjoy the many trails close by. There are a huge variety of dog friendly unspoilt sandy beaches. Visit the RSPB Reserve for wildlife watching, go lake or sea fishing or have an adventure at Zip World or Surf Snowdonia. Taste the delights in a plethora of pubs, restaurants, cafes and the Welsh Food Centre.

The cottage is aptly named, enter the cosy dining room with feature fireplace and traditional Welsh dresser. From here head upstairs to two bedrooms, one double and one single, both with garden views. Or on the ground floor, passing the bright bathroom with bath with overhead shower and WC, go through the well-equipped galley kitchen to the spacious conservatory with sofas and TV with access to garden and secret courtyard. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table, afternoon tea in the conservatory, or just relax in the hot tub and enjoy the pretty garden. The utility room across the courtyard has the obvious washing machine, tumble dryer, drying racks and sink with oodles of space for your boots, coats and activity gear. Secure storage for bicycles is available. There is plenty of space to be together and plan another day of your holiday, just perfect for you.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with lawn, well stocked borders, and hot tub. There are table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining embracing the views. The owners live on site, but your privacy is assured. There is off street parking for one car.
