Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment- Newly Built

A beautiful, newly constructed ground floor apartment in a private block. The apartment comes with one car parking space and is located just a few minutes drive from the newly refurbished Colwyn Bay sea front. This apartment has just been furnished July 2022 in a very beautiful modern style. The apartment has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms are doubles with one king size bed and one double size bed. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. We have an additional two apartments in the same block should you need more rooms.

Amazing!

A spacious apartment with able and disabled facilities and studio lounge, diner, kitchen but each segregated in perfect proportion and mostly comfortable. A distant sea view with greenery and hills surrounding and perfect location for the sea, sand, local shops all in walking or driving distance! We would definitely visit again. A downside was the sofas were a little hard for the older relatives with arthritis. Also, one of the neighbours appears to be reconstructed his house (or something like that) each and everyday (including Sunday morning) as soon as there was daylight - not the property owners fault at all.
