Diane was a wonderful host, very welcoming and attentive, and a delicious breakfast. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. We would love to come back!
Breakfast was amazing, when it a full English they really meant it, room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Would use again and highly recommend.
I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)
Dianne and Chris are such wonderful hosts, making the whole family welcome from minute one.
And the breakfast was tremendous, grapefruit segments and crispy bacon were a particular treat :-)
Had a lovely stay here, our host couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was very good. Decent value for money, only a couplen of mins walk to shops/restaurants and in a quiet location.
An excellent guest house. My room was a good size, en suite, comfortable and immaculately clean. Diane was extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly throughout my stay and the breakfast was very good quality. Highly recommended and excellent value for money too - I will certainly stay here again if I'm in north Wales.
Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly hosts, good breakfast, terrific value. Although my room was not on suite, it had a well-equipped private bathroom.
Very kind and friendly hosts. Excellent location for public transport. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful. Very nice and enjoyable breakfast. I felt at home here.
