"Arrived at the hotel in the midst of a severe wind storm. The front desk staff were busy dealing with multiple issues including a new reservation system, but were polite and offered 2 drink vouchers to use while awaiting check-in. They were quickly able to get us checked in. Rooms were clean and comfortable with parking right outside the room. Beds were comfortable. Check out was simple. All staff were very accommodating and polite."

"This property is amazing. City Center location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff especially Cliffe is so helpful and pleasant. The studio has so much amenities. Parking was so easy. Property is spotless. Highly recommend to others."
