The hotel is centrally located, just one block away from the main street, which makes it very convenient to explore Bariloche on foot. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, even larger than many we’ve experienced in European hotels, which makes a big difference for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The hotel interior has a charming alpine feel, with warm wood paneling and a beautiful lobby facing the lake and the Andean mountains, featuring large windows that allow you to fully take in the breathtaking scenery. The hotel also has a practical elevator for four people, making access to the rooms easy and convenient. But what truly stood out was the excellent attention from the staff—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. They made every moment even more special. We leave with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable experience."

"The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken) "

"The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update."
