"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We had one of the best stays ever at Casa Dora 5 Terre in La Spezia. Our hosts Massimiliano and Elisa are so gracious and they went out of their way to help us during our stay. Their beautiful apartment has and excellent location and is well equipped. We highly recommend this property."

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."

"Used this as our hub for a few days when visiting the Cibqie Terre. Overall it met our needs and was quiet at night for sleeping. The showers are very small and we had some issues but I believe these were being fixed after we mentioned to management"

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus....

"Host Armando was very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, right on the bus line, travel throughout the city was very easy. Condo was very spacious and felt like home away from home. Kitchen, laundry, terrace, smart TV- with stores and eateries present as well- made for a very relaxing time in La Spezia."

"Apartment is very well kept and in good condition, the property is not in Cinque Terre, you have to take bus to train station (once there easy to move around the 5 villages). Host was very service oriented and informative. Something practical about the apartment is that it’s walking distance to La Spezia marina, if you want to take boat tour to Cinque Terre villages. "

"My parents stayed at the villa for about 2 months, and it was perfect for them and their multiple guests. Severino & Enrica we’re wonderful, they even picked my parents up from the train station in LaSpezia and drove them to the apartment. I stayed with my parents for about 3 weeks and met the host personally too. Just as advertised. There is a bus and a walking path into Lerici which are both very convenient and parking very close by if you have a car."

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."

"This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. "

"Cabin was what was described. The TV was not working and WiFi was poor to say the least. The room was clean, but we did get quite a few mosquito bites at night—-but let’s be real, it’s a campground. Bed and sheets were clean. Staff spoke “okay English” but they were super friendly and did their best. They advertise private beach with chairs, but these are not included in the fee. "The exceptional host " Nasrin" greeted us on arrival, we were early for check in so she kept our bags for us(no charge) then after a explanation of the keys etc told us to go and look around and she would take our bags to the room for us. Perfect for a couple of weary travellers. Nasrin got us extra coffee and even came to our rescue when we couldn't lock our door, only to find it was magnetic and would only lock when we actually closed the door. The location is in the centre and close to the train, plenty of food options in the street below. "

Great place, perfect location.

"The hotel was very close to the central train station. Which is also easy access to go to Cinque Terre. Very easy to find and it’s steps away from the plaza where you walk and shop and eat or drink. The room was the deluxe so we had a big room for the two of us. It was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was a memory foam, so it was very nice. Extra pillow was available which I really like air conditioning work perfectly. The only downside is the Internet. To get a very strong signal. You’d have to be in the lobby. Other than that, everything was perfect. "
