Farmstay in Comarca de Ciudad Rodrigo

Great hotel, superb kitchen and facilities. The design and all decoration of the facilities is done to a high standard while respecting the old oil mill. The swimming pool and gardens are well looked after. Our room was amazing, huge and comfortable bed and great service. Only inconvenience it does not allow to flush toilet paper and there is just an ordinary bin to dispose of toilet tissue. Our stay at the Colmeal Countryside Hotel was extraordinary ! We highly recommend it!

This is a great hotel in an antique Palacio. Our bed room was very impressive with 3 feet stone walls and a private balcony on Plaza Mayor. I recommend this hotel for its charm and authenticity.

Nice hotel in a country setting, very well maintained, staff with a uniformly friendly and positive spirit and food was fantastic. The nearby town is a historical fun place to discover. Overall our expectations were exceeded.

I don't usually write reviews but had to here. Amazing host who goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! Great rooms and breakfast at a nice location close to many Medieval villages. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was great! While the immediate neighborhood is a little worse for wear in some ways, don’t let that put you off. This is a really nice hotel in a really nice little town. If you have time, walk across the stone arched bridge and enjoy the beautiful park on the other side. There are food stores, restaurants and everything you need - and the hotel it itself was great.

Parking is around the corner but not far. I loved my little balcony and, that I could easily stroll into town

Really nice river beach only a five minute walk away.
