"The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."

Location is just outside of the city center, about 15 minutes walk to the busy Old Town. Throughout our 4 day stay she was always incredibly thoughtful - offering us an umbrella on a rainy day, writing out a detailed list of the most noteworthy restaurants nearby by as well as calling a beach club in Sete to book our reservation, in French!
