"We were a large group of family and friends, staying in the house and farm house and cottages. The property is very well set up with different rooms that we used for puzzles, hobbies, or reading when it rained. Wonderful kids play room for the 3-year old, pool and hot tubs much appreciated. Lovely mowed path with views of fields, amusing mix of animals including goofy alpacas, and a great base for walks along the coastal path and Exmoor.
