We propose you to rent, on the commune of Combloux, this charming studio with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 26 m² and which can welcome up to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall with a 140x190 retractable bed with integrated TV.
- A living room opening onto a beautiful terrace with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower including washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 8 m² with garden furniture (table, 4 chairs, deckchair) to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Combloux, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from a Casino supermarket, a butcher's shop and a bakery 100 metres from the flat. Sports shop and rentals in the residence.

Leisure activities:
Combloux is located in the Mont-Blanc region, backed by the Aravis mountain range, facing the Mont-Blanc and Fiz mountain ranges, with a 360° panorama.
Natural and authentic environment with the biotope lake at 300 m (supervised swimming, restaurants, animations etc). For more information, see the Combloux Tourist Office website.
- Tourist sites: Megève (prestigious winter sports resort and the largest sports complex in the Alps, 5 km away), Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (thermal baths and mountain sports), Chamonix-Mont-Blanc (the capital of mountaineering) .... Access to the two ski areas Les Portes du Mont-Blanc and Evasion Mont-Blanc. Thermes de St-Gervais at 4.7 km (Montenbus shuttle).
- Sports activities: hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain sports, Mont Blanc Parc Aventure... The studio is 1.7 km from the Combloux ski school (direct shuttle every 15 minutes in front of the residence).
- Gastronomic heritage: Savoyard fondue, raclette, tartiflette, Savoy cheeses, stuffing...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage in the basement of the residence (1 normal size vehicle).

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free shuttle bus in front of the flat to get to the foot of the slopes.
- Shuttle bus in front of the flat to go to Megève.
- Stations: Sallanches SNCF station located 4 km away (direct TGV Paris 4h30), Saint-Gervais SNCF station 4.7 km away.
- Airports: Meythet airport, Annecy (NCY) 42km away, Chambéry airport (CMF) 65km away, Geneva airport 55km away.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- No Wifi in the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
