Combrit, quiet in a residence with elevator, heated pool and tennis, this fully renovated apartment will be the perfect cocoon for your family holiday.
No need to take your car to go to the beach, a 1 km pedestrian path will lead you to the splendid beach of Treustel.

This duplex consists on the ground floor:
- 1 double bedroom (140 cm bed)
- 1 living room overlooking a furnished balcony
- 1 equipped kitchen with dishwasher, open to a second living room

Une très belle region à visiter, avec le soleil, les couleurs sont magnifiques. Dommage que le logement était de moins bonne qualité (forte odeur dégoûts, micro-onde pas nettoyé avec un plat de fromage macérant depuis plusieurs jours "horrible" qui nous a empêché de l utiliser. La piscine fermée le 1er jour...

Séjour parfait

L’appartement correspond en tout point avec l’annonce. Nous y avons passé une super semaine sous le soleil. L’emplacement permet de rayonner rapidement avec la plupart des points d’interêt du Finistère.

Du bon et du moins bon

Appartement paisible et spacieux, beaux espaces pour les enfants, terrains de tennis de qualité correct. Residence calme et propre Par contre déceptions par rapport à la description de l'annonce. La plage est annoncée à moins de 1km mais est à plus de 1,4kms. Le sentier pour y aller est difficilement praticable lorsqu'il a plu, prevoir les bottes.. il n'y a pas de transat pour la piscine, alors que visibles sur l'annonce au moment. Dernière chose il faudrait prévoir des travaux au niveau de la douche, que ce soit sur la robinetterie, carrelages et joints. Mais sinon malgré une mise en place un peu difficile, le séjour s'est bien passé et a été satisfaisant

Grand appartement lumineux mais…

Grand appartement, rénové, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et lumineux . Résidence vieillissante mais propre et fonctionnelle. 2 bémols : - 30 minutes en voiture pour chercher les clés à l’agence immobilière lors de l’arrivée et idem pour les restituer. - la mer n’est pas à 800 m de l’appartement mais 1, 6 km pour la plage la plus proche : soit 40 minutes aller-retour à pied et en marchant bien
