"There was a young girl at the reception when I asked about laundry service. I was told that they didn’t do it there, but they would recommend a place to take our laundry. When we asked for the directions, she said we could Google it while she sat there with her cell phone. She gave us a bag and a paper to list items. She couldn’t tell us how much they charged. She said that it was a couple of blocks down and it was actually a distance to walk. I think she just needed to say there is no laundry service. When we went there the service would charge and add an additional cost for delivering it to the hotel. Other than this hotel had no menu on how to reach the reception center from the phone. The restroom had no ventilation. I think if they would’ve left a bathroom spray that would’ve been nice. Other than these incidents, it was great to stay at the room was modern and clean. In the end we went to the laundromat across the street."
