"I've stayed at this hotel twice and everything about it is excellent!! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and breakfast and dinner were amazing! The hotel and grounds are beautiful as well. The price is the best for a hotel this awesome and it's close to the airport."

"Stayed one night at this hotel prior to my flight. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and very accessible to the train station(a bonus). Food and drinks are served at the hotel (also a plus). However, while the check in/reception staff were nice, I had an unfortunate experience of being deliberately ignored or refused service by the lady at the bar which was a most unfortunate experience and one that left quite a sour taste to an enjoyable trip to Italy. Luckily the front desk lady stepped in and helped, and for that I am thankful. I am old enough to know that people’s feelings or opinions of you are entirely their own and a reflection of their own upbringing, especially if you have never interacted before."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
