"We checked in on Saturday by 3:00 pm had to be moved from our first room because the toilet was leaking. No big problem as we moved to the room next door. About 9:00 pm, we found out we had no hot water because a boiler was out. My husband found out that 3 buildings had no hot water, and there were no open rooms in the building that did have hot water. On Sunday morning, we had a shockingly cold shower. After sweltering in the hot temperatures all day Sunday, we were able to get a slightly warmer shower. By Monday morning, there was plenty of hot water to shower for our trip home. The amenities at this hotel are very nice and we will return. "

"Peaceful and serene! Super quiet area. Me and my husband traveled with other couples we had our privacy and the fire pits gave us a place to hang out and visit! Will definitely stay again. Rooms were clean and grounds were well manicured. Super easy check in and out. "

"One night stay with my wife; such a beautiful lobby and restaurant and the pool area was delightful. Just past I-10 as you come in to Kerrville on Hwy 16 from Fredericksburg; also not far from downtown Kerrville and the river park below. A must stay kinda place in Kerrville!"
