Lot of room, separate bunk house is pretty cool and we used the outdoor seating at the table and the hot tub quite a bit (too cold to use pool). Jesse is very, very responsive. We have a college age child living in San Marcos so definitely plan to return here for family gatherings."

"Rooms were clean along with living room and kitchen. Backyard was spacious and set up for children usage. Front and backyard well maintained. Host was quick to respond to any questions. My two brothers and I agreed that we could have used more closet space or space to hang our hanging clothes. "
