Commequiers is a lovely Vendean commune rich in its historical vestiges. You will have the opportunity to discover them through a small visit with the Vélorail: take a walk on 10 kilometres of an old railway line and discover the pleasant environment of Commequiers. Ideally located, you will be able to easily explore our lovely Vendean coast: you are 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Monts then 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile with its atypical Gois passage. Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will also seduce you with its natural and preserved setting: enjoy it by walking along the Corniche revealing a magnificent landscape or on the numerous cycle paths awaiting you! You will not know boredom in this famous seaside resort thanks to its many activities and organised events. The Vendean coastline awaits you for holidays full of surprises...

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il ne faut pas s'arrêter à l'aspect "vieillot" du logement parce qu'il bien équipé et confortable. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés dans piscine. L'endroit est très calme et agréable. C'est idéalement situer pour visiter la Vendée. Nous n'avons pas pu faire du vélo rail parce qu'il n'y avait plus de place, je conseille de réserver avant de venir car ça avait l'air d'être un beau parcour à faire en famille. Je recommande ce logement pour ceux qui veulent se détendre et vivrexdes moments sympas en famille.

Logement bien placé , piscine agréable Cependant logement pas propre et peu entretenu , de l’humidité suite à des infiltrations de la douche, insectes écrasés sur les murs et le plafond, ustensiles de cuisine trop usés et inutilisable , canapé « dégoûtant », nous n’avons pas osé nous assoir !

Lovely break

A perfect and peaceful location, surrounded by fields of Corn, Sunflowers and Cows, where the only noises are those of Nature. The Gite is very well equipped, (if a little dated) and provides everything you could need, its spacious and has a great outside space too. The location is central for pretty much the whole of the Vendee, from St Jean Du Mont to La Sable , Supermarkets are plentiful , the beaches are beautiful, and many areas remain unspoilt by tourism. A perfect (very flat) cycling location, with a great road net work. The nearest Village ' Commequiers' is a five minute drive and has a small Super U supermarket, Food market stalls most days, a pharmacy, and a Boulangerie that is simply amazing ! This property is close to everything yet far enough away to make a very tranquil and relaxing holiday, we've had a lovely break :-)

Nous avons été stupéfaits par le cadre magnifique, la vue sublime depuis toutes les fenêtres et le calme qui régnait. La maison est mignonne et fonctionnelle. Grosse grosse grosse déception cependant, nous avons appris en arrivant que la piscine était fermée alors qu'il s'agissait du critère principal pour lequel nous avions choisi cette location (et j'avais vendu du rêve à ma fille de 5 ans).
