"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, parking was easy. It was an older hotel and could use some renovation but would definitely stay again."

The staff was so courteous. Check in and check out. The lady that ran the food area was amazing and kind to everyone no matter how busy she was. She was running around and doing so much and it was so refreshing that she was so kind despite working hard and us interrupting her to ask a question. Even the cleaning staff went out of their way to be friendly to us.

I chose this motel due to it being close to the car rental agency I used and the bus stop for Greyhound. Sidewalks on Kingshighway would have helped but that is on the city of Cape Girardeau! :-}

Overall, the experience was good. I set the heater to 74 and went to bed and woke up freezing. It was blowing cold air. I upped it to 80, and it finally got warm. The staff was helpful, and the motel was a convenient travel stop. Small town, so not many services, but all I needed was a cheap, convenient, safe place to sleep, and this fit the bill!
