"Manuel and Anna were the absolute best hosts. They picked us up from the ferry and took us on a tour of Belize City on the way to their home where the studio apartment is located. We stopped at the grocery store, purchased dinner from a local woman selling traditional food, and stopped at the liquor store near their home before checking in to the cutest, cleanest room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the shower had great water pressure, and the breakfast the next day was delicious. The airport is just 5 minutes from the apartment, and Manuel and Anna dropped us off after breakfast for an 8am flight. Stay here, these are the nicest people. They have a gated yard, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Thank you Manuel and Anna for a wonderful stay. We will be back the next time we are in Belize."

"I felt fortunate to stay at the Triggerfish B&B. After a very long travel day from US with delayed flights, missed water taxi and sold out flights to ambergris caye, i found this B&B gem approx 7-9 mins from airport. The place was immaculate and located on a canal with lots of birds. The hosts, Cathy and Dan, are wonderful people. Cathy’s hospitality is top notch as well as her cooking. Tip: black bean chipotle burger for dinner and fry jacks for breakfast….mmmmmm. The room is very comfortable, chills down nicely with AC and a great shower. The screened porch is nice to hang out on in the evening. I highly recommend the Triggerfish. And I felt safe as a female solo traveler."

"Great place to stay near the airport. The host was very responsive and helpful in arranging a taxi to take us to the ferry terminal. Locating and getting into the apartment is very easy if you follow the instructions provided by the host. Will definitely be staying here again!"
