This property well exceeded our expectations

The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

Absolutely loved it. Villla is charming. Our room had wonderful views of lake como Walk down hill for a swim. Delicious breakfast too Sad we couldn’t stay lionger

The property is exceptionally clean and peaceful, and the owner is truly wonderful. She is a charming young woman who ensures the hotel is perfect for couples. She personally oversees all operations and prepares the breakfast herself, including the bread, coffee, and eggs. With only four rooms available, she has thoughtfully decorated the space, even hand-painting many of the items herself. It is a lovely establishment.

There is nothing anyone can possibly say negative about this property. From the moment of arrival it was exclusivity and luxury at its finest. We had the most basic room in the Villa and I could not have asked for anything more. Giovanni showed us around the property upon arrival and answered every possible question we had... we felt like we had our own personal concierge. We have already planned to return. One tip, dont stay at any hotels after this one... it will automatically feel like a...

The place was perfect and the staff could not have been nicer.Great place to stay.

Where do I begin?? What this stunning 18 room hotel lacks in size definitely overcompensates in elegance and outstanding service. From check-in through check-out we had the most remarkable tailor made experience and could not recommend this hotel more. If you ever have the pleasure of staying here take advantage of any of the butler escorted experiences. Alberto along w/ good friend Christian were the dynamic duo behind an unforgettable journey throughout and around Lake Como and surrounding...

Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts

Clean rooms, central location and family-friendly

Excellent rooms: modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the a la carte breakfast was tasty & luxurious!

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is amazing, right in the center within walking distance to almost everything. Very good room size and modern bathroom. Loved their breakfast!

Beautiful, immaculately kept property. Digital key service is convenient, well stocked rooms, automated mower ran to keep the property neat. Plenty of recommendations for attractions. Excellent Chinese food restaurant across the street. I’d stay here again for subsequent visits, hands down.

For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.

Absolutely loved it! We liked everything about this stay — the staff, the location, the whole character of the hotel. The decor was so unique, it really made the place feel special. Can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful B&B with a view that was insurmountable!! Everything was wonderful; the room, breakfast and staff. Will book again!!!
