Charming Como - In the old town

Charming and lovely apartment completely restored with all facilities to guarantee any confort during your stay.
At your disposal 2 double bedrooms (one complete with en suite bathroom), a second design bathroom that include washing machine, a large living room and a brand new full equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.
The apartment is on 1st. floor, located in a four tall building, with a wide elevator (comfortable for babies carriage and wheelchairs): is a great solution for families, friends or colleagues.
Como old town is in a pedestrian area; car is not necessary; any place is easily reachable by foot: the lake, the ferries, railway station, shops, restaurants and all the beautiful churches and historical villas to be visited.
There are at 100meters from home some payant park car. It's possible to use a special agreement with a parking at 500 meters walking, that give a ticket for 20€ available for 24hours.
Principal railway stations can be reached walking: Como San Giovanni is about 1km, Como Nord Lago at 500 meters.
Ferries boats departures is at 300 meters walking from home.

Our stay in Charming Como was just delightful. The apartment has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and is in a most excellent location in the centre of Como old town. The host Alexia is a friendly and charming person who was so helpful in any matter we raised. We highly recommend this apartment to all tourists.

This apartment was perfectly located on the old town, over a bakery/restaurant and a 30 second walk to coffee. We walked to groceries, the boat, the funicular, pizza and the churches and shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. There was no downside to this apartment and I would highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful apartment that matches the pictures. It is close to everything and a good base to explore the whole Lake Como area. Alexia is a very in touch and helpful host. Convenience does have a small price in noise at night.

Everything and more, we loved our stay! Alexis is a wonderful host and even picked us up from the train station. She showed us everything we needed to know for our stay and provided lots of info about the area prior to our arrival. This apartment is in a perfect spot within walking distance to so many things. We loved our stay in the Charming Como property ! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We were a block from a bakery that made the most amazing bread, a few blocks from the lake and steps from amazing restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to wind down after a day in Como. BUT, the best part was waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh baked pastries wafting up from the cafe below! WOW! If you want an amazing place to stay in Como, look no further.

The owner, Alexia, made our stay in Como extra special. Her apartment was so comfortable and modern and the location was excellent.the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so modern--even had a washing machine in the Apt. Alexia went out of her way to make sure every one of our needs was met and beyond. She supplied us with tons of information about Como , what to do, restaurants, shopping, sights, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment and hostess Thank you Alexia. We stayed four nights in Alexia’s beautiful property. She was such an incredible host. She went above and beyond in every way to make our stay pleasurable. The location is right in the heart of everything with a lovely cafe downstairs and restaurants and shopping all around you. We can’t say enough good things about the property. the property is better than the photos and alexia is a fantastic host. the property is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to vacation properly. it is conveniently located to explore como and the surrounding area. Alexia arranged for convenient parking nearby and our car was available when we needed it (thank you, Ferruccio!). Alexia was speedy in her responses to my numerous inquiries prior to check in and during our stay. Her recommendations were reliable and accurate. This charming and well appointed apartment is located in the heart of Como within easy walking distance to grocery, small specialty food shops, restaurants, the Duomo, the ferry, parks and everything you want to see and do. In fact there is even a bakery on the street floor of the building! The apartment itself is fully updated with two nice bedrooms, each with heir own modern baths (one with a wash machine), a kitchen with every amenity and needed appliance. We would definitely stay here again! And Alexia was a gracious host with lots of helpful tips.
