"Beautiful setting in the countryside close to Como. Stunning apartment with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, guidebooks on Como. Perfectly clean place with good air-conditioning. Grocery store open 24/7 within a few minutes drive from the hotel. We had a car so this was the perfect stop during our visit to Como. We were travelling with three kids aged 6-17 years and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Staff super-friendly."

"Wonderful room with a spectacular view. The staff were friendly & excellent. The location is convenient for major attractions around Como and nearby Switzerland. Narrow roads leading to & from the property make it unwalkable and this restricts activities on site. Guests will need to take taxis or rent a car since there is no bar or restaurant on site. "

"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"It's opposite to train stain station, and 15 minutes from the ferry.breakfast all good, coffee tasty. Price wise you get exactly what paid for.Room small, beds comfy, pillows comfy. Only downside was the smell from bathroom, but i think it's all to do with sewerage problems overall in area. Dorr closed - problem solved👍 Would comeback. Workers great."

"The location of this hotel is ideal. Hotel is located at 3 km from Lake Como and can be reached on bus. Como-Camerlata & Albate-Camerlata train stations are located at walking distances whereas Como S.Giovanni station can be reached by bus. More than 5 buses stop at the bus station located 20 meters from hotel. Hotel front desk staff is very cooperative in all aspects and my room was clean. The best thing about room is that you can keep it dark or illuminate it with sunlight using the metal...
