I wanted to give it 5 stars until my Stanley waterbottle was stolen by a staff member which was confirmed by Aurelia. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need and great location. Parking is free right outside the doors so no need to pay their prices.

Had an amazing couple of days staying here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for cooling down in the hot sun. Easy to get into Como or other towns using the local boat or bus services.

The most stunning hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. So quiet and peaceful and the pool area was divine. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were great. Will definitely be back.

Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight.

We stayed here and at the Grand Imperiale. This is by far a superior experience. The Sheraton is a much more modern facility and was renovated recently-so if you need the old-world Como feel don’t stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The Sheraton has a very nice pool area with nice chairs and good service. We didn’t eat here but the restaurants looked good, had great atmosphere and were busy. We really enjoyed where the Sheraton was located. Easy walk to lots of dining, shopping in Cernobbio (10-15m walk)

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton Lake Como. Hotel and restaurant staff were professional, friendly and willing to respond to any request. Property was clean, quiet and located in a great location. Room was comfortable, clean and up to date. Only knock was the cleaning staff failed to refill body wash and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Didn’t notice until the last day when showering! Should not have happened. All other aspects of housekeeping staff were excellent. Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting Lake Como.

An expensive meal in a morgue

Hotels is what you would expect for the price. The problem is the staff, in the posh restaurant. Too young, inexperienced and seemed scared of the customer. The result is an expensive meal in a morgue where cutlery is thrown down on the table and you have to say “no” five times to the pricey wine list. Food was good - the staff let the chef down. So my advice is stay but eat in the cheaper restaurant.
