"Vista is five star luxury hotel & everything is immaculate from service, to the room, decor, linens, walk-in closet, bathroom amenities. It is a expensive & costly per night . The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. The location is extremely convenient as it is facing the lake as well as facing the ferry station. You can walk easily to get a ferry ticket. "

"The ladies who staff the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the only complaint would be that there is not enough lighting. Location was just off the main street of Como, via Vittorio Emanuelle which is a pedestrian area so we did have to roll our suitcases a few blocks to get there."
