"Disappointed! Non stop working during day time. Shortage of 50% of the dishes in all their restaurants. Quality of the food is mediocre. Slow and non attentive service. Found 2 cockroaches in the room. They are trying and they are really really nice but not up to the expectations I had from a “classy” boutique hotel. "
