The location is great - just steps away from the beach and sea, lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Having a secure underground park spot was so handy. Michelle is easy to deal with; extremely helpful and is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay/"

"We had a wonderful 6 days in this beautiful apartment. It was bright and plenty of room. Lots of crockery and cutlery. I does say there are two full bathrooms, but there is only one full bathroom and a toilet with a sink in. Fantastic sea view with a beautiful terrace. It is on a hilly development and there are around 50 steps you need to walk up to the apartment, which is a little daunting, but, by the end of the six days I was running up them!! "A very clean, new property. Fanatastic views from a large balcony. A little out of the way from any centre. You will certainly need a car. The kitchen had no cupboard space for food and some essential items were missing eg chopping board. Couldn’t get air con to work and no instructions. All in all reasonable value for money"

"Well located property with a lovely sun terrace. However when we arrived the reception office was closed and the key was not in the lock box as we were told it would be. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. The outside shower tray also needs retiling, it looked so grotty we did not want to use it. At least 6 lightbulbs needed replacement and one of...

"Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. Host was very friendly, what a good find!"

"The property is in a fantastic location, and the balcony and view are spectacular. Communication with the host was excellent. We had an issue with the hot water during our stay, the host was very communicative and went out of their way to resolve it and managed to find a workman to fix the issue on a bank holiday. "We stayed 9 nights in October. Nice convenient location near quieter end of Rincon where you have quick 10-min drive to Mercadona for groceries, or short walk to beachside restaurants. Listing is exactly as shown in photos with everything you’ll need. Great salt water pool. Well-maintained grounds. Nice neighbours. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments and new appliances so we enjoyed meals at home on the balcony. Tiny bathroom and shower but all spotless and functional. Very relaxing...

"Kitchen needs a little update with cooking equipment. A really comfy apartment. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Super sun terraces very private. Bernard the owner very helpful ans told us best places to eat. Its very close to sea front, just short walk bout 10mins and centre of town the same. Would certainly recommend to all as best in area. Thanks for lovely 3mth stay."

"The house has a perfect view. The road to come there is a challenge. Competa is a very nice village. There are nice walks in the surrounding mountains. The swimmingpool guy was very friendly. We had a waterproblem for some days but that was fixed bij the house keepers. So the stay was very relaxing!"
