It is a beautiful and old house in Competa completely renovated, very cozy located 50m from the Almijara square.

It consists of three floors. The first with kitchen, living room, TV 50 ", bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The second floor, very sunny, has an American kitchen, dining room, bathroom, 1 bedroom and 2 terraces. This floor has an exit door to Calle Panaderos.

The third has a bar with sink and a large terrace fully furnished with table chairs, armchairs and sun loungers.
