Wonderful place to stay in Competa

Amazing place to stay - modern, clean, excellent location in the city center yet calm place to relax. There is bar downstairs but no significant noice even on Friday night, just people talking. We could sleep comfortably with the window open. Also check in experience was very good and welcoming.

Sehr schöne Loft. Wir haben uns verliebt... Die Aussicht ist super. Nichts zu bemängeln. Nur bis man diesen Stadtteil erreicht, dauert es. Durch die scharfen Kurven bis nach oben dauert die Fahrt drei Mal so lang. Aber die Lage und die Loft sind super. Werde sicherlich noch einmal kommen!!

Descanso nulo.

El loft bien,buena decoración,muy limpio, buenas vistas.En contra tiene varias cosas, cómo por ejemplo,el ruido, básicamente el loft es un bajo comercial acondicionado para vivienda, esto quiere decir que está a pie de calle y si encima a esto le unes que la puerta de entrada es papel de fumar,pues imagínatelo, ruidos de la calle a tope, coches, motos, perros ladrando, niños gritando,etc.El tema del descanso tambien tiene puntos negativos,las camas son bastante incómodas junto con las almohadas y algo que tiene que ver con el descanso es también el tema de la luz,el loft es bastante luminoso pues tiene un cierre acristalado bastante amplio que comunica con la terraza y los foscurit que tiene y cortinas están mal diseñados, quedan cortos y no cubren bien toda la superficie del cierre, por lo tanto quedan muchos huecos por los que entra la luz del sol a raudales, así que apartir de las 7 de la mañana, Lorenzo que te crío, aparte la puerta de entrada al loft es trasparente con una lámina de un lienzo famoso,😂😂😂, más luz a gogo, referente a la calidad del descanso,cero patatero.

Sentralt beliggende, men bar i underetasjen!

Leiligheten fremstår som lys og moderne, med sentral beliggenhet og deilig solfylt balkong. Dessverre er det en bar i underetasjen som ofte har åpent til 0200-0300. Hvis man har forventning om å sove før 0300 er ikke dette leiligheten for deg!

The loft is perfect, very well decorated, with all required facilities for a nice stay. The welcoming staff at the store are very nice people and provided lots of answers to our questions on the surroundings. The surprise was though that the loft is over a small pub, unnoticeable the first night but on the Friday there was a singer, though it was over by midnight.
