The villa is 199m² in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two with a shower, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and a fireplace.

The private outdoor space leaves nothing to be desired; equipped with a whirlpool, a pool, and an outdoor shower, which can be used year-round. Additionally, the villa boasts a covered as well as an open terrace, garden furniture and a grill.

The surrounding mountains are ideal for hikes, the beach Playa de Lagos is 40 minutes away by car (25 km). The nearest supermarket, restaurants, cafés, and bars can be reached within 10 minutes on foot (700 m).

There is free parking available on the streets nearby the property. Pets are permitted for a fee of € 20 per pet/stay. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Wide doors, step-free access & interior. Solar energy.
