"The staff was amazing! After checkout and arrival at the airport I realized I left my diamond earrings behind. I called the hotel and the staff that helped me (sorry I forgot his name) had the room checked immediately. Found them and had the hotel shuttle driver bring them to me at the airport. Such a wonderful experience and to go above and beyond. Will definitely be staying again!"
