We stayed for one night for our anniversary and really appreciated that they gave us the dome closest to the lake — the view was beautiful and made it feel special. The heated pool and swim-up bar were a great touch and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The food was good, and the manager and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a nice experience.

The camping concept, location right at the beach, various sit out areas, cleanliness make the property really attractive and unique. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. Service at the in-house restaurant is poor. Ordered fish and rice; rice was served almost an hour before the fish and had umpteen visitors in the form of flies. They could have been served together. The staff makes their frustration at a non-Armenian speaking guest very evident even when there are many apps for translation these days. Options for food are mainly Armenian cuisine.

Nice, quiet place (as long as no work has been done) on beautiful Lake Sevan. You have to have a car to get there as it is very remote from everything. The staff was friendly, although only the manager David could speak English. Were there in May, the lake was still too cold and the pool was open, but unfortunately it was also cold to swim. The entire hotel complex once ran out of water, but this was fixed within 2-3 hours. Food was ok, unfortunately you couldn't order everything that was on the menu, the price was rather expensive. I recommend a restaurant in the next town where it was better and cheaper. Considering it only opened in 2023, some of the furnishings look very old and worn.

Don't get shocked if you booked glamings & you get camper due to excuses of staff mistakes. Really disappointed from this kind of obvious cheating that management pretend it's a mstake. Only 10 clamings there!! and they can't manage to avoid over booking? I can't believe it could be mistaken. And just they keep saying sorry sorry without any proper action to get guest's satisfaction. Only offer small discount offer which non sense , and they charged double it for the breakfast. I don't recommend this property because no trust building for the bookings.

Davidにとても親切に対応していただきました。 食事が本当に美味しいです。 自然豊かな場所なので虫が多いことはしょうがないですが、一点だけ残念だったのが、プールが10時から使えるはずが、掃除が終わっておらずチェックアウトの日にプールへ入れなったことです。 送迎は現金しか使えなかったですが、Yandexも問題なく呼ぶことができました。
